This Refund Policy explains the terms of the IPTV1 money-back guarantee, when refunds are available, and how to request one. By subscribing to IPTV1, you agree to the terms below. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Money-Back Guarantee

IPTV1 offers a 2-day money-back guarantee on every new subscription. If the service does not work for you, contact our support team within 2 days of activation and we will issue a full refund.

Important: The 2-day refund window starts from the moment your subscription is activated and your login credentials are delivered to your email, not from the date of payment.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

You are eligible for a refund if any of the following apply within the first 2 days:

  • The service was never activated and credentials were never delivered
  • The service does not work on your device after our support team has tried to assist
  • You experience persistent technical issues that our team cannot resolve
  • The service does not match the description provided on our website

Before requesting a refund, we strongly recommend contacting our 24/7 support team. Most issues can be resolved within 15 minutes through WhatsApp or email, without needing a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 2-day refund window has passed
  • Issues caused by your internet connection, ISP throttling, or Wi-Fi problems
  • Issues caused by an incompatible or outdated device
  • Failure to follow our setup instructions or engage with support
  • Subjective preferences such as not liking the channel selection
  • Renewals or extensions of an existing subscription
  • Reseller credit or wholesale account purchases
  • Subscriptions cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within the 2-day window with the following information:

  • Your order email (the one you used at checkout)
  • Your order number or transaction reference
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your device model and IPTV player app (if technical)

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard): 5 to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 1 to 3 business days
  • Interac e-Transfer: 3 to 5 business days

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account.

6. Account Suspension After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your IPTV1 subscription and login credentials are immediately deactivated. You will lose access to the service the moment the refund is approved. If you wish to subscribe again in the future, you will need to place a new order.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a problem with your subscription, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team is considered a breach of these terms and may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your IPTV1 account
  • A ban from placing future orders with us
  • Recovery of any associated chargeback fees

8. Refund Abuse
