These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IPTV1 website (iptv1.ca) and the IPTV subscription services we provide ("Service"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use IPTV1.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using IPTV1 in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. These three documents together form the full agreement between you and IPTV1.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province, to subscribe to IPTV1. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Subscriptions purchased on behalf of a minor are prohibited and will be cancelled without refund.

3. Description of Service

IPTV1 provides access to an IPTV streaming service that delivers live TV channels and on-demand video content over the internet. The Service is provided through M3U links, Xtream Codes API credentials, or portal connections, depending on your device.

IPTV1 does not host or stream any copyrighted content directly. All content delivered through the Service is provided by third-party providers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to view content in your jurisdiction.

4. Account and Credentials

When you place an order, we will email you login credentials including a username, password, and server URL. You are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential. Sharing your credentials with others, or distributing them publicly, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IPTV1 only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and only in compliance with applicable laws. You must not:

• Share, resell, or distribute your IPTV1 credentials without an authorized reseller agreement
• Use the Service to broadcast content publicly (in bars, hotels, restaurants, or businesses) without a commercial license from us
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source data from our streams or servers
• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
• Attempt to bypass connection limits, geo-restrictions, or security measures
• Use the Service to commit fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your account to another person

Violations of this section will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

IPTV1 subscriptions are sold as one-time purchases for the duration you select at checkout (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years). We do not auto-renew subscriptions and we do not store your payment details for future charges.

When your subscription expires, you must place a new order to continue using the Service. We may send a renewal reminder by email shortly before expiration.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: a 2-day money-back guarantee applies to every new subscription, starting from the moment your credentials are activated. Refund requests submitted after the 2-day window will not be honoured.

8. Content Disclaimer

IPTV1 acts as an intermediary between users and third-party content providers. We do not produce, host, broadcast, or own the content delivered through the Service. We make no representations or warranties about the legality, accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content accessed through the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any specific content complies with the laws of your country, province, or jurisdiction. If you have concerns about the legality of content in your area, consult a local legal professional before subscribing.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% server uptime, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, network issues, force majeure events, and third-party content provider issues may occasionally cause downtime.

Buffering, playback issues, or quality problems caused by your internet connection, ISP, Wi-Fi setup, or device are not the responsibility of IPTV1 and do not qualify for a refund.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:

• Violated these Terms or any applicable law
• Shared, resold, or distributed your credentials without authorization
• Filed a chargeback without first contacting our support team
• Engaged in fraudulent activity or refund abuse
• Used the Service in a way that disrupts our infrastructure or other users

Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for a refund. Repeat violators may be permanently banned from placing future orders with IPTV1.

11. Intellectual Property

The IPTV1 brand, logo, website, marketing materials, and original content are owned by IPTV1 and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website or branding without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party content provider issues
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Issues caused by your internet connection or device

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of IPTV1 shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPTV1, its operators, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.

If you reside outside Canada, you agree that Canadian law will still apply to your use of IPTV1.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using IPTV1.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
